How to Change the Order of Statistics in a Table

Introduction

This article describes how to go from a table with the default order of statistics...

...to a table with a specified order of statistics:

Method

1. Select your table.

2. In the toolbar go to Automate > Browse Online Library > Sort/Reorder Rows or Columns > Change the Order of Statistics.

3. Select the location of the table statistics group in the Reorder drop-down. The options correspond to the Statistics available in your table.

4. Select the statistics you wish to order using the Select the order of statistics drop-downs.

The first selected statistic will appear at the top of the cell, followed by the second selected statistic, and so on. It is only necessary to select the statistics that you want to use. Statistics will only be re-ordered if they have been selected to appear on the table.

5. Press OK.

Note, this rule should be applied again separately when you want to apply it to another table that uses a different set of statistics.
