How to Show Only a Specified Number of Rows from the Top or Specified Rows in a Table

Introduction

This article describes how to go from a standard table...

...to a table which only displays a specified number of rows from the top plus any other specified rows:

1. Select your table.

2. In the toolbar go to Automate > Browse Online Library > Modify Whole Table or Plot > Show Only Top K and Specified Rows.

3. Specify the Number of rows to include.

4. Enter the label of any Rows to always retain, e.g. Pepsi.

5. OPTIONAL: Select the Color for required rows specified in step 5.

6. Press OK.
