How to Replace Small Values in Tables With Text

Introduction

This article describes how to go from a standard table...

...to a table where columns with values under a specified threshold (e.g. 10%) are replaced with text:

1. Select your table.

2. In the toolbar go to Automate > Browse Online Library > Modify Cell Content > Replace Small Values with Text.

3. Select the statistic to base the condition on.

4. Select the threshold.

5. Enter the replacement text.

6. Press OK.

Note, a footer note is also added which specifies this condition.
