If you're not receiving QPacks that are sent to you, or, when received cannot be opened, the likely explanation is that your anti-virus program has settings that cause any unfamiliar file to be deleted or modified and you need to change its settings to add QPacks to the type of files that are acceptable. Depending on your computer's permissions, you may need to get your IT team involved.
