This article describes how to create multiple crosstab outputs at once or in batch form.
Requirements
A data set with at least two variables.
Method
- Go to Create > Tables > Crosstabs. Alternatively, you can go to Automate > Browse Online Library > Tables > Crosstabs.
- Select the variable(s) you would like to appear in the rows. You can select multiple variables by holding down the "ctrl" or "shift" key.
- Click OK.
- Select the variable(s) you would like to appear in the columns. You can select multiple variables by holding down the "ctrl" or "shift" key.
- Indicate whether you would like to show all tables or delete tables that do not meet a specified significance level based on the p-values.
- Select which Statistics you would like to show on each table. You can select multiple variables by holding down the "ctrl" or "shift" key.
- A new folder will appear in the Report tree with the crosstab outputs:
Any Pick One - Multi, Pick Any - Grid, and Number - Grid variable sets will be copied and flattened before using them in a crosstab. The flattened copy will contain all of the cells from the original question in a single column or row.
