You can copy outputs, such as tables and charts, from one Q project to another without rebuilding them. This is useful when you maintain multiple Q projects with the same underlying data structure (for example, one project per market).
Requirements
- Two or more Q projects.
- The questions in each project must have the same labels.
- The variables must have exactly the same names.
Method
- Open two (or more) Q projects and place them side by side on your monitor screen.
- Select the outputs you want to copy in one project.
- Drag and drop them to the Outputs tab of the other project.
