How to Color Selected Rows or Columns in a Table

Introduction

This article describes how to go from a standard table...

...to a table where you highlight a specified row or column:

1. Select your table.

2. In the toolbar go to Automate > Browse Online Library > Modify Cell Content > Color Selected Rows or Columns.

3. Specify whether you wish to color rows or columns.

4. Select the row or column label.

5. Select the appropriate color from the color picker.

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 if you wish to add further coloring.

7. Press OK.
