By default, Q excludes the NET column on a table from statistical testing when conducting Column Comparisons. There are a variety of ways of getting Q to test against the NET:

There are a variety of ways of getting Q to test against the NET:
- Change the setting Show significance setting to Arrows and font colors. See How To Compare A Sub-Group Against The Total and Testing the Complement of a Cell for more details about how the tests are computed.
- If you want to retain the column comparisons, follow the steps described in How to Include the Main NET Column in Column Comparisons. Note that this will not permit you to have spans on the columns of the table.
- If you need to retain the spans, use Significance Testing in Tables - Independent Samples Column Means and Proportions Tests.
